Sleepawake Trading Post

Submit a design

Send in a design from your time at camp. Takes about five minutes.

What tends to work

Starting points, not rules.

What we can't print: other campers' faces, names, or stories without their okay; copyrighted characters, logos, or lyrics.

Craft note: bold shapes and a few colors. It has to read on a sticker and on a shirt.

Got it.

Thanks for sending this in. We'll email you within two weeks either way.

on submit → create Airtable record (status: Submitted) → post card to #trading-post Slack channel → auto-reply email to artist
backend schema (Airtable) — for the implementer
table: submissions — id, artist_name, artist_email, cohort, credit_preference, design_title, design_file (attachment + Drive URL), design_story, product_suggestions, published_items (final set, chosen at approval), notes, agreements_ts, status, decision_note, decided_by, decided_at, printful_product_ids, published_at
status flow: Submitted → Vibe check → Approved / Needs tweak / Declined → Published → Retired
rules: decision_note required on every decision · Needs-tweak sends resubmission link (same record, no duplicates) · Declined files deleted after 90 days · silence-is-consent: any team member can veto within 48h of a proposed yes
automations: new record → Slack card in #trading-post · status change → email artist · Approved → task for merch champion (drop PNG into Printful templates, ~20 min)
form tool: Tally (free tier handles file uploads) → Airtable via native integration · form owns validation of required fields; file specs enforced socially in v1
